Reprint / Refund Policy

Refunds
As long as no part of the order has entered production, you may be able to receive a full refund.

Once we begin production on your order there is no way for us to stop the presses and we are not able to offer a refund.  This includes Email Signatures once the first proof has been provided.

Reprints
Unfortunately, sometimes things happen – if you received an order that youÔÇÖre not happy with please visit https://store.kwrainbownetwork.com/oops, within 5 business days of receiving your order, to let us know what happened.┬á We will ask you to provide us with a photo to help determine what went wrong and help us be able to fix it.┬á┬á

We will respond to all reprint inquiries as soon as possible, but always within 2- business days.  There may be times that we need additional information from you and in order to get your order fixed as quickly as possible, we ask that you respond in a reasonable amount of time. 

Sometimes a reprint is needed because we made a mistake, and sometimes it is because you made a mistake.  We will work with you to be fair, and we ask for you to be fair as well.  If you made a mistake, please do not expect us to reprint your order for free.

If we determine a reprint is needed we will get your order into production as quickly as possible. 

Common Mistakes
Often customers who are not familiar with printing or in a hurry will approve artwork that will not translate well into print.  Some common mistakes include:

  • Uploading an image of poor quality or low resolution.┬á We do not recommend “selfie” photos for headshots.
  • Stretching or shrinking a photo outside of its normal aspect ratio.┬á If this is done to a headshot you may look thinner or fatter than you intended.
  • Using raster images instead of vector images and trying to scale them on your design.┬á We recommend using svg uploads for logos etc.
  • Uploading a logo with a background color.┬á All logo imagery should be uploaded with a transparent background.
